 The Government of Sierra Leone is inviting the submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the leasing of the Sierra Leone Petroleum Refinery Company Limited and its properties on a joint – venture basis  more

 

Our mission is to co-ordinate, promote and protect the national interests of our country within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland to contribute significantly towards enhancing Sierra Leone’s security and socio-economic prosperity.

 

This is part of our efforts to boost Sierra Leone’s international image and also to provide an efficient and quality services for Sierra Leonean residents in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland as well as  other countries we are accredited to – Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

A Barrister by profession, studied in England, called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 1976, practised in Jamaica for a while, Returned home to Sierra Leone in 1979 and Served as a Magistrate for three years.  Then joined politics in1982.  In 1986 won a seat as a Member of Parliament for Bombali Central one Constituency.

 

He held the seat up to January 2010. During this period His Excellency has served as the Secretary General of the ruling APC party.  Read profile

 

 

Visa and Passport Information

The Consular Office is open for visas and other consular matters from Mondays-Thursdays, between 10am- 1pm for submission and 2.30-3.30pm for collections of visas after three working days.
