Sierra Leone President Sierra Leoneans have a newly- elected President in the person of His Excellency Ernest Bai Koroma. A former insurance executive, the new President is fifty- four years old and is the leader of the governing party, the All People Congress (APC). From 2002 to his election as president in September this year, His Excellency the president was the leader of the opposition in parliament. He successfully completed the appointment of his new cabinet of twenty Ministers. They have all taken the oath of office. His Excellency the President Ernest Bai Koroma has said openly that he intends to govern the country like a business.
